From the Dover/Rochester Area

From the Spaulding Turnpike, Route 16, take the Boston/Hampton exit onto I-95.

Traveling South on Interstate 95, take exit 3B in New Hampshire. 

Take a left at the lights onto Route 33 West. 

Turn left at the second set of lights, onto Ocean Road.  Follow to the end of Ocean Road.

Turn right onto Route 1 South, for approximately three miles.

At the top of the hill you will see Drake Hill Farm, a yellow building on your right, and Rollins Furniture on your right.

Drake Hill Commons is directly across from Rollins Furniture. 

Pull into the parking lot and park in any non-numbered, non-reserved spot.  Suite 3 is the middle door as you face

the front of the building.


From Maine:

Take route 95 South to Exit 2, Hampton, just before the Hampton Toll Booth on Route 95.

After the toll booth, bear right toward Exeter on Route 101 West.

At the first exit, Route 111 North Hampton & Rye, turn right onto Route 111 East.

Follow 2.7 miles to Route 1.  Turn left onto Route 1.  You will be headed North toward Portsmouth.

Woodland Professional Associates is located in Drake Hill Commons, 1.2 miles on your right.

Pull into the parking lot and park in any non-numbered, non-reserved spot.  Suite 3 is the middle door as you face

the front of the building.


From the South: 

Take Route 95 North to New Hampshire, exit #2, just before the Hampton tolls.

Bear right toward Exeter, after the exit #2 toll booth, and take Route 101 West.

At the first exit, Route 111, North Hampton & Rye, turn right onto Route 111 East.

Follow for 2.7 miles to Route 1.

Turn left onto Route 1.  You will be headed North toward Portsmouth.

From the West:

Take Route 101 East, to Route 111, North Hampton/Rye exit.

Turn left onto Route 111 East.  Follow 2.7 miles to Route 1.
